Proefnotitie:
Ziltig, fris en aromatisch - typisch Inzolia. In de neus delicate hints van citrus, gele appel, perzik, bloemen van brem en mimosa, plus balsamico tonen van tijm, hooi en witte peper. In de mond notig en citrusachtig met kruidige tonen, amandel en bijna stenige, zilte finish. Licht hartig en mineraal - heel Siciliaans. 
Foodpairing: Perfect bij sushi, vis, schaal- en schelpdieren, lichte pasta's, olijven - zoals op je foto met olijftakje.
